Brand Concept.
The brand concept for 1025 Vermont was developed with the goal of modernizing the property and differentiating it from competitors in the competitive Washington, D.C. market. Three concepts were conceptualized and presented to the client for consideration in their rebranding efforts. Each concept aimed to capture the essence of the property and create a strong brand identity that would attract tenants.
